Another civilian military lawyer I talked to tried to scare me into hiring him and I’m glad I didn’t hire him because nothing he said would happen did happen. On my first consultation with Ms. Ganz she identified some mistakes that she thought the unit might make while trying to separate me and said to be on the lookout for them. She said we could use those things as leverage to get a better characterization of service because I wanted to get out anyway and I was actually on my way to EAS. I didn’t believe her at first, but then everything she said would happen happened. So then I started trusting her fully. She went up against a team of all male high ranking marine officers and military JAG lawyers to fight for me even though they tried over and over to beat her down, she didn’t let up, and we ultimately won.
