Marine Corps Base, Hawaii
Marine Corps Base, Hawaii Kaneohe Bay or K-Bay o MCBH as it is colloquially called is a military installation located in Kaneohe, Oahu just outside of Kailua. MCBH is the largest Marine Corps presence in Hawaii. It is a beautiful and picturesque military installation with white sand beaches and turquoise water, but nonetheless has its fair share of alleged military criminal misconduct. In fact, there are certain places in Kailua and Honolulu where Marines are banned because of the increased risk of incident.
Marines facing court-martial will either be put on legal hold pending the trial or will be placed into pretrial confinement at the Naval Brig, Ford Island. The Hawaii Marine Corps Trial Court is located on MCBH and is serviced by a military judge who also handles all Navy trials in Hawaii. The Defense Services Organization (DSO) is where your free military attorney is located. Be aware, this is in the same building as the Government attorneys or prosecutors of your case are located.
The military attorneys at Law Office of Natanyah Ganz have experience representing Marines facing military investigations, NCIS investigations, and court-martials on MCBH. Our military attorney, prior military judge Mr. Charles Khufahl has litigated and presided over hundreds of military court-martials and has seen every form of military misconduct imaginable.
